INTERVIEW QUESTIONS

What is one of your strengths?
I'm dependable and understand the concept of a deadline. Being a published author means I know how to take constructive criticism, apply it to make something good better, and do so in a timely manner. When I make a commitment to complete a project, I make sure it's on time and the best possible quality work.

Name one weakness you have to confront as a writer.
I feel organization is important, so I get frustrated with others and myself when files get lost, deadlines are missed, or there is no accountability. It can be tempting to give up on someone who doesn't come through. One way I handle this is by trying to have a backup plan for delegated assignments.

What are some of your future goals?
I plan to continue writing historical and contemporary fiction with a goal of two releases per year. I am also looking forward to more young adult non-fiction releases which require a great deal of research but make me a better writer. Growing my blog to help other writers and connect with readers is also important to me.
